Originally built in 1952, this standard 1,200 sq. ft. house was updated and added on to while keeping with the 1950’s style. The exterior was updated with tile roofing, and coper gutters. Due to restrictions, the home owners were only allowed to add approximately 200 sq. ft. The transformation in the remodeled space and addition of a bathroom, makes this home feel like it doubled in size.
